Recently stayed at the Colomiba Hotel as part of 3-day rail trip booked out of Zurich and found it to be a good location with easy accessability to both the main railway and underground stations. It is rated as 3.5 stars in the rail travel guide and that is what I found it to be a decent tourist class hotel.

Just returned from a weekend in Milan where I stayed at the Colombia Hotel. I chose the hotel primarily for it's proximity to the central train station. The room was clean and good suitable enough for someone who isn't planning in spending a lot of time in the room. The bathroom was nice and clean and appeared to be fairly.

We needed a clean hotel, near the Central train station. Hotel Columbia was ideal. It is a well run modern business class hotel, 2 blocks from the station, in an OK area. Recently refurbished and non smoking rooms were nice, if not oversized, with a large bathroom, and a real shower.
